Please allow 3-5 business days for the carrier’s system to update with initial tracking information – sometimes, they need a moment to get organized!

Fulfillers ship only to single destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.

We currently accept orders worldwide, except for the Middle East, Russia, and Ukraine. Unfortunately, orders from these regions cannot be processed.

Shipping can be sped up by:
- Complete and valid payment information (order by direct debit, credit card)
- Providing exact shipping addresses.
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct street name and house number. Enter the correct and complete APT/Ste number. Because if you are in an apartment building, providing the complete APT number is necessary for the package to be delivered. We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender.

- We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to us due to address errors provided by the customer. It’s truly the customer’s responsibility to ensure their delivery address is spot-on.
- If you decide to contact the carrier after your order has left our warehouse to request forwarding or redirection, we cannot be responsible if the package becomes lost, stolen, or damaged during this process. Any redirection or forwarding initiated by the customer is done at your own risk.
